Balanced Aire Self Adjusting Convertible Mattress is a hybrid air/foam mattress that offers the therapeutic benefits of an alternating pressure Group 2 support surface along with properties of a long term care foam mattress. The mattress have 8 5.5”air cylinders that provide self-adjusting immersion therapy using the patient’s weight or with optional control unit. When used as a powered system, the air cylinders are filled with air which joins an airflow system of alternating pressure for an eight minute cycle time.

Fisher & Paykel’s recently released the F&P Eson 2, the second generation of its nasal mask for treating OSA sufferers, features a unique RollFit seal that is designed to deliver precise fit and effective seal that automatically adjusts to the bridge of the nose in order to decrease the likelihood of leaks, which can waste time and increase patient dissatisfaction.
