Team@Work Expands Coaching Staff

Rebecca Small joins coaching and business services organization as its new vice president of DME/HME Business Development.

Sales and management coaching and business services organization Team@Work has expanded its coaching staff with the appointment of Rebecca “Becky” Small, who joins as its vice president of DME/HME Business Development.

 “We’re extremely excited about adding such a dynamic and professional coach like Becky to our growing team,” said Ty Bello, RCC, CEO of Team@Work. “Becky possesses more than two decades of extensive medical equipment and device sales, billing, orthotic fitter and business owner experience. She brings a unique business development acumen to the medical equipment provider and those exploring business opportunities in this post-acute market.”

Small spent 16 years in the healthcare industry as a sales professional, marketing liaison for surgeons, trainer, and billing consultant. She has created unique programs to help sales teams provide value to clients. Over the past five years, she has worked directly with physicians practices and HME providers to increase patient care through DME/HME services.

“Becky has a keen sense for finding unique solutions and answers to the hard problems in the DME/HME industry,” Bello noted in a public statement. “Becky has a passion for learning and loves the challenge of finding answers to help her clients. Her focus is putting principles above profit.”
