3B Medical Appoints Pontzius as President
Experienced healthcare manufacturing and distribution executive Tom Pontzius will help lead the maker of sleep, oxygen and disinfection products.
Manufacturer and distributor of sleep, oxygen and disinfection products 3B Medical Inc. has appointed Tom Pontzius as its president, effective immediately.
Most recently, coming from 12 years at Philips, where he served in a variety of leadership roles, Pontzius brings 35 years of experience in healthcare manufacturing and distribution to 3B Medical. He has held various roles supporting various customers from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to home healthcare and HME providers.
Pontzius’s experience in sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing and distribution will be critical to 3B Medical Inc.’s efforts in healthcare and consumer health, according to Alex Lucio, founder of 3B Medical.
