HME, CRT Professional Services Firm ATLAS- RPM Adds New Coach

As a veteran mobility provider, Maxine Paul, ATP, bolsters professional services company serving the CRT and HME markets.

ATLAS-RPM, a professional services group serving the CRT and HME markets, has added Maxine Paul, ATP, to its coaching team.

Founded in 2018 by industry veterans Bill Paul, Ty Bello, and Jonathan Walters, ATLAS-RPM offers consulting services for a range of strategic and operational needs, including revenue growth; enhancing various provider processes; and business management. The company had a high-profile rollout this year at the International Seating Symposium, Medtrade Spring, the National CRT Leadership & Advocacy Conference, and VGM’s Heartland Conference.

Paul has been an advocate for the DME and CRT industry since starting her mobility business, Academy Medical Equipment, which she grew to seven locations serving the Southwest United States. Because of that background, Paul brings knowledge of billing, regulatory changes, and operational efficiencies to ATLAS-RPM, as well as experience working with Medicare, Medicaid and private contractors.

Moreover, she developed a cloud-based seamless enterprise process management software solution called ATLAS.

Maxine also has been a problem solver with success working with CMS, Medicaid as well as Private Contractors. Reading the Federal register and attending DAC meetings to strengthen her knowledge of the regulatory environment.

“We’re extremely excited to have Maxine join the ATLAS-RPM team,” said Bill Paul, co-founder and CEO of ATLAS-RPM. “Her background and hands-on approach have been instrumental in educating providers on regulations/compliance in the process of getting pre-approval, getting paid and staying paid. We are steadfast in our mission of serving providers by being a disruptive force for change, innovation, and execution.”
