Tackling Key HME Sales Challenges
HME providers are facing some key challenges as
we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Currently, the HME industry finds itself in a period of
transition when it comes to the pandemic. The country
feels like it is moving to a post-pandemic way of life, but
at the same HHS has extended the public health
emergency. This has resulted in new sales challenges.
Staff changes, patient demands and new safety
protocols are all added to the typical reluctance among
care providers to find time to meet with HME sales reps.
