Medtrade Enjoys Uptick in Exhibitor Engagement

The upcoming HME industry event is seeing increased demand for booths as it prepares to host the industry at its new location in Dallas.

As the newly unified Medtrade conference and expo approaches its March 28-30 date at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in downtown Dallas, the show’s new format and location have hit the mark with exhibitors.

Existing exhibitors, as well as companies interested in returning to the show, are demonstrating renewed enthusiasm, according to Show Director York Schwab.

“The current level of demand for booth space is something I have not experienced in my time with the show,” Schwab said. “Medtrade 2023 is already larger than Medtrade East 2022 in Atlanta, and we are still months away from the Dallas show.”

The show director noted that demand recently exceeded available space, which warranted some changes on the floor. As a result, Schwab said he predicted a “vibrant” expo hall.

“We had to move the New Product Pavilion to the entry hall due to booth demand,” he said. “Needless to say, we are very excited. Attendance is tracking exceptionally well, although it is still early.”

As a reminder, the 2023 show will simply be called “Medtrade” and will not include additional modifiers that deal with regions or seasons.

Schwab added that attendees can still take advantage of Early Rates for Medtrade at registration.experientevent.com/ShowMTH231?flow=attendee.

“Early rates amount to an amazing deal, but prospective attendees should act fairly fast to take advantage,” he said.
