Encore Healthcare adds Ray Gregg, BS, CRT, RPSGT, who will lead the Encore team’s growth with HME providers and payers.

Ray Gregg, BS, CRT, RPSGT brings more than 20 years of respiratory care to the job.

Respiratory provider software company Encore Healthcare has added Ray Gregg, BS, CRT, RPSGT as its new vice president of Sales and Business Development.

Encore’s Nexus software platform helps manage and coordinate respiratory care and patients for better outcomes.

In his role at Encore, Gregg will lead the Encore team’s growth with HME providers and payers. To help him accomplish that, Gregg brings more than two decades of experience in respiratory care, including HME, sleep lab, and the medical device industries.

“His past experiences have helped shape his belief that quality, clinical care combined with connectivity, and analytics can help to drive measurable and meaningful outcome improvements for patients, providers, and payers,” a statement from Encore read.

Gregg began his career in direct patient care as a clinician and manager in the HME and hospital-based sleep lab space before embarking on a nearly nine-year career at ResMed.

While at ResMed, Gregg served as a clinical specialist, territory manager, and area clinical manager for the Western half of the United States, and helped to launch a variety of products, including their first ventilator, in the U.S. market.

He then spent longer than three years at Breathe Technologies as Senior Director of Sales and Clinical Education and served as part of the corporate management team that helped to develop and launch the Life2000 Ventilation System.

In 2019 Breathe Technologies was acquired by HillRom to add to its Respiratory Health portfolio. While there, Ray served as vice president of International and New Business Development for the Respiratory Health business unit and was focused on the identification and development of organic and inorganic future growth opportunities.
