Supreme Medical Fulfillment joins AAHomecare

Noting that ‘we’re all in this together,’ VP Colston Mason of the Southeast distributor says his company aims to help move payment reform advocacy forward.

Southeast region HME distributor Supreme Medical Fulfillment has joined the American Association for Homecare.

Supreme Medical Senior Vice President Colton Mason membership in the national HME association was important in order to further the agenda of the distributor’s customers and their patients.

“As we continue to grow our distribution business that serves HME providers throughout the Southeast, we want to be more than just a supplier that ships product,” he explained. “We want to be a true partner to our customers that is focused on building long-term relationships and involved in helping to move the ball forward in payment reform advocacy.”

As a family-owned company, Mason noted Supreme understands the unprecedented pressure independent providers are under due to reimbursement constraints and rising costs.

“We’re all in this fight together,” he said. “I’m looking forward to working with [AAHomecare President and CEO] Tom Ryan and the amazing team at AAHomecare to bring another voice to a message that I truly believe resonates and is backed by data, ‘invest more in homecare, to spend less on healthcare.’”
