Prochant Expands Into Infusion Pharmacy

The company pairs a new service line with the hire of a new VP of Business Development and Pharmacy Reimbursement Manager.

HME and pharmacy reimbursement company Prochant is now providing billing and process outsourcing solutions to infusion pharmacies, as well.

The service is designed to help pharmacies handle the challenges related to infusion reimbursement so that they can focus on patient care and growing their businesses.

“With the COVID-19 crisis, infusion pharmacies play a more important role in healthcare than ever before,” said Joey Graham, general manager and executive vice president at Prochant. “Prochant is ready to help these overwhelmed providers manage their business better.”

Complementing the new service, Prochant has made two new hires: Jon Love, vice president of Business Development, and Tina Ratliff, pharmacy reimbursement manager.

Love leads the new pharmacy division and works to grow enterprise accounts. Previously, Love worked as director of sales for WellSky’s homecare division and served as chief operating officer at Rock Pond Solutions, which makes software for home infusion, HME and specialty pharmacies. Ratliff comes to Prochant with more than 25 years’ pharmacy reimbursement experience.
