Brown & Fortunato Releases COVID-19 White Paper
Document offers guidance on protecting patients and employees under the current public health emergency.

Industry law firm Brown & Fortunato has published a white paper, Structuring COVID-19 Protocols for DME Suppliers, to help HME providers outline written guidance for protecting their patients and staff during the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE).
The white paper focuses on helping providers shape a written protocol by examining three key topics:
- The reliable government sources for COVID-19 guidance.
- Recommended controls for DME supplier employees.
- Recommended controls for DME supplier patients.
