Wis. Provider Offers New Walker

Knueppel Healthcare Services introduces the Motivo Tour to its patients.

Knueppel HealthCare Services, Inc. (KHS; Milwaukee, Wis.) will be the first provider to offer the unique Motivo Tour walker, and has slated a special launch event for April 9 from 3 to 7 p.m. at its West Allis, Wis. location.

The Tour helps users walk upright, inside the unit for less fatigue, better posture, and greater stability, while also allowing for easier access to sinks, countertops, and shelves without having to reach over the walker. The Tour also features a stow-away padded seat, a fold-out tray, multiple cup holders and storage. The Tour is packaged in a contemporary design and a five-layer automotive grade finish, complete with customizable and removable graphics sets to personalize each walker. The Tour is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and is made in the United States.

Motivo Inc.’s unique take on the walker won Best Retail Product in the 2014 HME Business new product awards and was recognized as one of Medtrade’s Top-5 New Products.

“We’re excited to bring the Tour exclusively to our customers,” said KHS CEO Cindy Ciardo. “There haven’t been any major developments in the walker category for decades, and Motivo’s Tour has the features that will absolutely improve our customers’ mobility and lives.”

“Motivo is proud to have Knueppel as a partner,” said Jeremy Knopow, co-founder of Motivo. “They have a great reputation for providing the best home medical equipment, and we’re excited that the Tour will now be available at such a trusted source in southeastern Wisconsin.”
